Founded in 2016 by former SOF instructors and USPSA Grand Masters, RECOIL Training started with a simple question: why do most shooters plateau? Answer: unmanaged recoil. We built a curriculum around Recoil Management System™ — 4 pillars: grip torque, aggressive stance, visual tracking, and cadence breathing.

Today we run 3 permanent ranges, a 360° shoot-house, 1000-yard precision hill and a 24/7 dry-fire lab. Military, LE and civilians train side-by-side. No ego. No shortcuts. Just reps, data and coaching.

We measure everything: muzzle flip in degrees, return time in ms, split times. Our system cuts muzzle rise by 43% on average in 2 days.

Crush & lock
